The problem

Most tow companies buy marketing before they know where the leaks are.

A new website, more ad spend, a review campaign — each one is a guess unless you know which part of your funnel is actually losing calls. Owners usually find out by watching a competitor's trucks go by.

TowClarity looks at your business the way a buyer, a dispatcher, and a competitor would, and puts what it finds in writing.

The product

A written assessment of your company's growth position, built for one business: yours.

We research your company and your local market from the outside — the same way a stranded motorist, a fleet manager, or a police dispatcher would find you — and compare it against the operators you compete with. You get a 12–16 page report, specific to your company, with findings ranked by what to do first.

  1. Executive summary — the five things that matter most, on one page
  2. Current business position and competitive position in your market
  3. Google Business Profile assessment
  4. Website conversion assessment — can a stranded driver call you in ten seconds?
  5. Review and reputation assessment
  6. Local search assessment — where you show up, where you don't
  1. Service positioning: light duty, heavy duty, commercial, and service-area visibility
  2. Top five opportunities and top five risks or constraints
  3. What appears to be working — so you don't break it
  4. A thirty-day action plan: priority ranking, quick wins, longer-term opportunities
  5. A measurement plan and a list of what we still couldn't see from the outside
  6. What you can implement yourself, and what would take outside help
What it looks like

The kind of findings the audit produces

Illustrative examples — not from any specific company.

Your Google Business Profile lists "towing" but not "heavy duty," while the two operators ranking above you list both. Commercial searchers never see you.
Your website's phone number is in the footer, below the fold, on mobile. A driver on the shoulder at night has to scroll to call you.
Three of your last ten reviews mention a wait time over 90 minutes. Competitor reviews in the same period do not. Whether that's dispatch, staffing, or geography, it's the thing prospects read first.
You serve two towns your competitors don't, and nothing on your site or profile says so.
How it works

Five steps. No sales call.

  1. Buy the audit. Checkout takes two minutes.
  2. Complete a ten-minute intake about your company, services, and market.
  3. We research your business, your competitors, and your local search footprint.
  4. Internal quality review, then your report is emailed to you as a PDF.
  5. We follow up to answer questions about the findings.

Once we receive your intake, TowClarity researches your company and local market, prepares your company-specific audit, completes an internal quality review, and sends the finished report to your email. We confirm the expected delivery window when we receive your intake.

Who it's for

  • Independent towing and recovery companies with one to roughly twenty trucks
  • Owner-operators who want to grow cash calls, commercial accounts, or heavy-duty work
  • Companies that rely on motor-club volume and want to know what else is available in their market
  • Owners considering a marketing spend and wanting a second opinion first

Who it's not for

  • National chains and franchise groups
  • Companies looking for someone to run their ads, SEO, or social media — the audit tells you what to fix; it doesn't do the work
  • Anyone who wants a guarantee of rankings, calls, or revenue. We don't offer one, and you should be cautious of anyone who does.

What the audit does not include

The $495 audit does not include website changes, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads management, social media, SEO execution, call answering, dispatch software changes, motor-club or AAA management, review posting, commercial-account prospecting, ongoing rank tracking, ongoing reporting, or live strategy consulting. Those may be offered separately in the future; today, you are buying the written report and a follow-up conversation about it.

Questions

Do you need access to my accounts?

No. The audit is built from publicly visible information plus what you tell us in the intake. We don't ask for passwords, dispatch-software logins, or financial statements.

How long does it take?

We confirm a delivery window when your intake comes in. Reports are researched and reviewed by hand, not generated on the spot.

What if my business is too small?

If you have at least one truck and a Google Business Profile, there's enough to audit.

Can you do the work the report recommends?

Not as part of this product. The report is written so you can act on it yourself or hand it to whoever you choose.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel before research begins. See the refund policy for detail.
